Maratelli Rice

The seed of this variety originates from Italy, but our Maratelli is cultivated in Spain in the areas of Aragon and Navarre.

It is a round grain rice with a pearly texture.

It has an exceptional resistance to baking. Its extraordinary qualities, especially its consistency after cooking make it the ideal rice for catering and take-away companies, as after cooking it has a good resistance until it is consumed. Very good for take-away, catering and risottos.
